The Beauty Room & Co Studio

Membership Terms

  • Account credits are valid for all services and products, excluding permanent makeup.

  • No contract required.

  • Unused credits roll over, but must be used within one (1) year from the date the membership credit is issued.

  • Membership fees are charged on the 1st of each month.

  • A 30-day notice is required to cancel a membership.

No Call/No Show

  •  No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked services.

  •  Membership appointments marked as no-show will be considered redeemed for the month; additional visits must be booked at full price.

Grace Period

  • Arrivals over 7 minutes late cannot be accommodated and will require rescheduling with a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

  • Appointment reminders are sent via text and email 48 hours in advance.

  • No fees apply for cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service total.

  • Cancellations or reschedules for same-day appointments (booked the same day as receiving the service) require at least 2 hours' notice; anything less will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

  • For permanent makeup appointments, cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the $50 booking fee and will be charged 50% of the service total.

  •  For memberships, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the membership value.

During Appointment Scheduling

  • All clients are required to place a card on file at checkout. Charges will only occur if a cancellation or no-show fee applies.

  •  For permanent makeup appointments, a non-refundable booking fee applies, and the amount applies toward the total service cost.
