Here's the short version: refer a friend, and you'll earn an account credit. Your friend gets a treat too. Everybody wins. Let's break down exactly how it works.

How the referral program works

It's genuinely simple, no punch cards, no fine print you need a magnifying glass for.

Share your referral code with a friend who's new to The Beauty Room & Co.
They book their first appointment using your code, and a new-client discount is applied automatically at checkout.
They come in and enjoy their appointment (the easy part).
You earn an account credit, we'll email you one business day after their first visit is complete.

That's it. You share, they glow, you get rewarded.

What you get

For every new client you refer, you'll receive an account credit you can put toward any service or product in the studio. Want to save it up for your next facial? Roll it into a new lash lift? Grab that serum you've been eyeing? It's yours to use however you like and it never expires.

And here's the best part: there's no limit. Refer as many friends as you want and earn a credit for each new client who completes their first appointment. Some of our clients have basically covered their next few visits just by sharing the love.

What your friend gets

Your friends aren't just doing you a favor, they get a little welcome gift too. New clients who book with your referral code get a discount on their first appointment, applied automatically when they book. How to find and share your code

Your custom referral code lives in your client portal:

Log into your client portal
Head to the "Refer a Friend" tab
Copy your code or share it straight from your phone

Takes about thirty seconds, and then you can text it, post it, or hand it to the friend who keeps complimenting your brows.

Didn't get the code to your friend in time? No worries, just let us know at their first appointment and we can apply your referral code manually at checkout.

A few quick things to know

We like to keep it clear and fair, so here are the details:

The person you refer needs to be a brand-new client, someone who's never had an appointment with us before.
If they've visited us before, the referral won't qualify (but we'd still love to see them back!).
The reward is triggered when your friend completes their first appointment, not on a product-only purchase.
