If you have ever wondered how our memberships actually work, this is your complete guide. We get questions about them all the time, so we wanted to break down everything in one place. Who they are for, what is included, and why so many of our clients love them.

Our Three Membership Tiers

We offer three membership tiers so you can pick the one that fits your routine. All three include monthly services, a monthly credit, and the same flexibility to mix and match the services you want.

Classic Membership: $70 per month

Includes one service per month plus a $5 monthly credit.

Perfect for clients who want consistent beauty maintenance with one service each month. Choose from:

• Lash Lift and Tint

• Brow Lamination and Tint

• Teen Facial

• Signature Facial

Signature Membership: $140 per month

Includes two services per month plus a $10 monthly credit.

Our most popular tier. Great for clients who want both lash lifts and brow laminations every month, or two of any combination of included services. Choose any two from:

Deluxe Membership: $210 per month

Includes three services per month plus a $15 monthly credit.

Ideal for clients who want comprehensive monthly care. Mix and match three services from:

Your Monthly Credit

Every membership includes a monthly account credit ($5, $10, or $15 depending on your tier). This credit can be applied toward any service or product, not just the ones included in your membership tier.

Want to add a microdermabrasion to your facial? Use your credit. Want to grab a Grande Lash serum? Use your credit. Want to book a permanent jewelry appointment? Use your credit.

Credits Roll Over for 12 Months

This is one of our favorite features. If you do not use your monthly credit, it rolls over. Credits stay valid for up to 12 months, so nothing goes to waste.

This means you can save up your credit for something bigger like a lip blush touch up, a brow service, or stocking up on retail products.

How Billing Works

Memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Once you sign up, you do not have to think about payments. Your service and credit are simply available to use whenever you are ready to book.

Pausing or Canceling

Life happens, and we make it easy to pause or cancel your membership. We just ask for a 30 day notice for either. There is no long term commitment.

You can also upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. If you start with the Classic and decide you want more, just reach out and we can switch you to Signature or Deluxe.

Common Questions

Can I mix and match my services? Yes. You can choose any combination of the included services based on your tier.

What if I want a service that is not included? Use your monthly credit toward it, or pay the difference. Your credit can be applied toward any service or product.

Can I share my membership? Memberships are individual. If you want to gift a service, we recommend gift cards or our packages, which can be shared with one other person.

Do I lose my credits if I pause? No. Credits roll over for up to 12 months regardless of pauses.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime? Yes. Just reach out and we will update your tier.

What about grandfathered memberships? Some of our long time clients are on older pricing that is no longer available. If you are a grandfathered member, your pricing stays the same as long as your membership is active.
