Membership Terms

Account credits are valid for all services and products, excluding permanent makeup.

No contract required.

Unused credits roll over, but must be used within one (1) year from the date the membership credit is issued.

Membership fees are charged on the 1st of each month.

A 30-day notice is required to cancel a membership.
No Call/No Show

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked services.

Membership appointments marked as no-show will be considered redeemed for the month; additional visits must be booked at full price.
Grace Period

Arrivals over 7 minutes late cannot be accommodated and will require rescheduling with a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling/Cancellations

Appointment reminders are sent via text and email 48 hours in advance.

No fees apply for cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service total.

Cancellations or reschedules for same-day appointments (booked the same day as receiving the service) require at least 2 hours' notice; anything less will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

For permanent makeup appointments, cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the $50 booking fee and will be charged 50% of the service total.

For memberships, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the membership value.
During Appointment Scheduling

All clients are required to place a card on file at checkout. Charges will only occur if a cancellation or no-show fee applies.

For permanent makeup appointments, a non-refundable booking fee applies, and the amount applies toward the total service cost.
