The Quick Overview

Refer a friend to us, they get $20 off their first visit, and you get a $20 account credit after their appointment is complete. Simple, generous, and built around saying thank you. View all our services on our service page.

Step One: Find Your Referral Code

Every existing client has a personal referral code. To find yours:

• Log in to your client portal on our website

• Go to the Refer a Friend tab

• Copy your unique code

• Share it with your friend however you like (text, email, in person)

Your code is unique to you so we can track who referred who.

Step Two: Your Friend Uses the Code

When your friend is booking their first appointment, they enter your referral code at checkout. This:

• Automatically applies $20 off their first visit

• Links the appointment to your account

• Triggers your credit once their appointment is complete

Step Three: Your Credit Lands

After your friend's first appointment is complete, $20 is added to your account as a credit. You can use this credit toward:

• Any service we offer

• Any retail product

• Future appointments

• Memberships and packages

There is no expiration on your credit and it stacks. Refer multiple friends and watch your account grow.

How Much Can You Earn?

There is no cap on how many friends you can refer. Each successful referral adds $20 to your account. Some of our most active clients have earned hundreds of dollars in credits over time.

Who Can Use It

Anyone with a client account at our studio. Whether you have been with us for years or just had your first appointment, you have a referral code and can start sharing.

What Counts as a Referral

Your friend qualifies as a referral when:

• They are a brand new client (have never booked with us before)

• They enter your referral code at booking

• They complete their first appointment

• Their service is not cancelled or no showed

Common Questions

Can my friend use the code on any service? Yes. Their $20 off applies to their first appointment regardless of which service they book.

What if my friend cancels their appointment? Your credit triggers when their service is complete. If they cancel without rescheduling, the credit does not apply.

Can I use my code to refer myself or a household member? Referrals are for new clients who have not booked with us before. If you have not yet booked, ask a friend for their code so you both benefit.

Can I use my credit toward a service I already booked? Yes. Credits apply to any future appointment, including ones already on the books.

Do credits expire? No expiration. Take your time using them.

Can I gift my credit to someone else? Credits are tied to your account, but our gift cards make a great alternative if you want to gift someone an experience here.
